Frequently Asked Questions

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, check your order status under "My Orders" in your account. You can also contact us at admin@bayarku.my with your order number and we will follow up with the courier.

What is your return and refund policy?

BAYARKU provides a 7-day return and refund guarantee from the date you receive your product. Submit your request with clear photo and/or video evidence within 7 days. Eligible reasons include damaged, defective, wrong, or missing items. See our Refunds & Return Policy for full details.

I have not received my parcel. What should I do?

Report non-receipt within 14 days from the shipment date or estimated delivery timeframe. If no report is made within 14 days, the order may be treated as received. Contact us at admin@bayarku.my with your order number and tracking number.

Can I return a customised or personalised product?

Customised or personalised products (printed, engraved, embroidered, or produced to your specification) are generally non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the item is damaged, defective, or materially different from your confirmed order. Please check all customisation details carefully before confirming.

How is my personal data protected?

BAYARKU complies with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010. We collect only the data necessary to process your orders, handle returns, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Can I place a bulk or corporate order?

Yes! We specialise in bulk and corporate merchandise. Contact us at admin@bayarku.my with your requirements and we will provide a custom quotation within 2 business days.
