Refunds & Return Policy

We stand behind our products with a 7-day return and refund guarantee. Read below to understand what qualifies, how to submit a request, and what to expect from the resolution process.

7-Day Return and Refund Guarantee

Customers must submit any return, refund, replacement, exchange, or complaint request within seven (7) days from the date the product is received or deemed received. Requests submitted after 7 days may be rejected unless the issue involves a damaged, defective, wrong, or missing item, or another valid case accepted by BAYARKU.

Non-Receipt of Parcel

If you have not received your order, you must report the issue within fourteen (14) days from the shipment date or estimated delivery timeframe. Orders not reported within 14 days may be treated as received and acknowledged. BAYARKU may investigate with the courier before approving any resolution.

Eligible Return and Refund Reasons

  • Item has not been received.
  • Item was damaged during delivery.
  • Item is defective or faulty.
  • Item received is incomplete or missing parts.
  • Wrong item, size, colour, design, or variation was delivered.
  • Item is materially different from the product description.
  • Parcel appears empty, suspicious, or tampered with.
  • Any other valid issue accepted by BAYARKU.

Evidence Required

  • Clear photo and/or video of the product received.
  • Photo or video showing the defect, damage, wrong item, or missing item.
  • Photo of the product packaging and shipping label.
  • Unboxing video (recommended for missing or tampered parcel claims).
  • Order number, tracking number, and written explanation of the issue.

Condition of Returned Items

Unless the return is due to damage, defect, wrong item, or BAYARKU's error, items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, in original condition, and returned with all original tags, labels, packaging, accessories, and free gifts.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customised or personalised products (printed, engraved, embroidered, or produced to customer specification).
  • Used, washed, worn, stained, damaged, or altered items.
  • Items missing original packaging, tags, or accessories.
  • Clearance, final sale, or promotional items stated as non-returnable.
  • Free gifts or samples, unless defective.
  • Items returned without prior approval from BAYARKU.

Change of Mind Returns

Change-of-mind or preference-based returns may be considered within 7 days from receipt for non-customised items in original condition. Approval is not guaranteed. The customer may be responsible for return shipping fees.

Customised and Personalised Products

Once a customised order has been confirmed, processed, or produced, it may not be cancelled, returned, or refunded unless the item is damaged, defective, materially different from the confirmed specification, or BAYARKU agrees to accept the request. Customers are responsible for checking all customisation details before confirming an order.

How to Submit a Request

Contact BAYARKU at admin@bayarku.my or 011-5873 0630. Include your full name, account email or phone, order number, product name, reason for request, clear photo and/or video evidence, shipping label photo, tracking number, and preferred resolution (refund, replacement, exchange, or store credit).

Return Approval Process

Do not return any item without prior approval from BAYARKU. If approved, we will provide return instructions including the return address, courier arrangement, required packaging, and return deadline. Approved returns must be shipped within five (5) calendar days after approval.

Resolution Options

  • Full refund to original payment method or store credit.
  • Partial refund.
  • Replacement item or exchange.
  • Store credit.
  • Rejection of claim if conditions are not met.

Refund Timeline

After approval, BAYARKU will process the refund within a reasonable timeframe. Timelines may vary depending on payment method, bank processing time, courier investigation, or return inspection.

Shipping Fees

BAYARKU may bear return shipping fees where the issue is caused by us (wrong item, damaged on delivery, defective, or missing item). The customer may be responsible for return shipping fees for change-of-mind returns, incorrect size or colour selected by customer, or incorrect address provided.

Abuse of Return or Refund Process

BAYARKU reserves the right to reject requests, suspend accounts, or take further action where we suspect abuse, fraud, or misuse including repeated false claims, fake or edited evidence, chargeback abuse, or improper demands.
