
We stand behind our products with a 7-day return and refund guarantee. Read below to understand what qualifies, how to submit a request, and what to expect from the resolution process.
Customers must submit any return, refund, replacement, exchange, or complaint request within seven (7) days from the date the product is received or deemed received. Requests submitted after 7 days may be rejected unless the issue involves a damaged, defective, wrong, or missing item, or another valid case accepted by BAYARKU.
If you have not received your order, you must report the issue within fourteen (14) days from the shipment date or estimated delivery timeframe. Orders not reported within 14 days may be treated as received and acknowledged. BAYARKU may investigate with the courier before approving any resolution.
Unless the return is due to damage, defect, wrong item, or BAYARKU's error, items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, in original condition, and returned with all original tags, labels, packaging, accessories, and free gifts.
Change-of-mind or preference-based returns may be considered within 7 days from receipt for non-customised items in original condition. Approval is not guaranteed. The customer may be responsible for return shipping fees.
Once a customised order has been confirmed, processed, or produced, it may not be cancelled, returned, or refunded unless the item is damaged, defective, materially different from the confirmed specification, or BAYARKU agrees to accept the request. Customers are responsible for checking all customisation details before confirming an order.
Contact BAYARKU at admin@bayarku.my or 011-5873 0630. Include your full name, account email or phone, order number, product name, reason for request, clear photo and/or video evidence, shipping label photo, tracking number, and preferred resolution (refund, replacement, exchange, or store credit).
Do not return any item without prior approval from BAYARKU. If approved, we will provide return instructions including the return address, courier arrangement, required packaging, and return deadline. Approved returns must be shipped within five (5) calendar days after approval.
After approval, BAYARKU will process the refund within a reasonable timeframe. Timelines may vary depending on payment method, bank processing time, courier investigation, or return inspection.
BAYARKU may bear return shipping fees where the issue is caused by us (wrong item, damaged on delivery, defective, or missing item). The customer may be responsible for return shipping fees for change-of-mind returns, incorrect size or colour selected by customer, or incorrect address provided.
BAYARKU reserves the right to reject requests, suspend accounts, or take further action where we suspect abuse, fraud, or misuse including repeated false claims, fake or edited evidence, chargeback abuse, or improper demands.
